It only includes 3 classes for every trademark registration. You may need to pay USD1600 for every extra class from the fourth class and above. You can get the protection in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg if you get the trademark registration in Benelux.
It takes 2-3 days to get the search report and 3 weeks to get the official receipt. A typical application in Benelux takes about 6-9 months to complete. This is a smooth case that no refusal and no opposition arise. The validity of trademark is 10 years.
The documents required are the name and address of applicant, goods or service, the logo and the copy of applicant’s ID.
